Coordinators only: this sheet submits club-level totals. Your club takes orders from its own members first — members should cast individual orders on the member order sheet, which pools them automatically. Then submit your club's combined totals here: box counts plus the item totals your members voted for — these votes are what form the box. Quantities from every club are pooled to reach bulk-case pricing, and the price per box emerges from that math: total cost of the collective purchase divided by total boxes. The estimate below uses individual farm prices, so the final invoice is usually lower after bulk savings are applied.

These votes form the box: the implied price per box is the contents' cost divided by your box count — compare it against the rate you're charging on the sliding scale. The contents total = voted contents with your own bulk cases applied + opt-in add-ons; the box count × rate is the club's box budget, tracked separately against money collected. The headline savings are only achieved through bulk — cases your club fills alone plus cases the cross-club pool completes; the smaller figure is the guaranteed no-bulk floor.
